  • Once your order has been prepared, we may not accept cancellations. This is because we begin preparing food shortly after receiving an order to ensure timely delivery.
  • If you still wish to cancel after preparation, please contact us, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Policy

 

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong items, please notify us immediately, and we will correct the order or provide a refund.
